i've been thinking. why is it that people, in general, are very greedy? they always seem to want more, never content with what they have. take, for example, the average person. we're not contented with just our family loving us. nope, we just have to have our friends telling us they love us too. and one friend telling us just isn't enough. neither is two. or three. it seems that in this case, the cliched phrase "the more the merrier" does indeed hold true. think about it. how many people actually appreciate it when they know they have one friend who loves them? how often do they wish that they had more people who loved them? it seems that people love to hold out for universal love - they're not happy until EVERYONE loves them. but if you think about it, isn't that impossible? there are bound to be a few people who don't. and what of them? are people gona be miserable cos these few people don't love them? then what about the rest of the world who loves them? does that love count for nothing, then? hmm.. not to mention that even if they have both family love and friends loving them, they still need to have a boyfriend/girlfriend's love.......

| 'please don't stop the music 2:00 am |
now playing :
|
|
| song of my life. |
Past the point of no return -
no backward glances:
the games we've played
till now are at an end.
Past all thought of "if"
or "when" -
no use resisting:
abandon thought,
and let the dream descend . . .
