fuck.
stupid si rong. s t u p i d.
apparantly the "harry potter" book 7 that i've been reading (or trying my best to read finish, anyway), is a FAKE. -.-" it's not the real one written by j k rowling. it's a fan-based continuation. what the toot...
but that would explain the choppy sentences and halting narration with which the story was told. and why the feeling that something was not quite right with the book persisted. arghhh.
for one, the writing style was seriously horrible. disjointed, choppy. secondly, there was WAY too much kissing, snogging, making out and just plain kissing going on. thirdly, there are loads of things mentioned about foreplay and sex (which has been blamed on raging teenage hormones. like, whatever.) they forgot it's also partly a KID's book. fourthly, everyone seems to be falling in love with everyone. harry and ginny, ron and hermione, remus and tonks, charlie and his romanian gf, moody and mdm pomfrey, draco and pansy, george and shannon, fred and possibly iris. blahh. fifthly, it just didn't feel as though it was written by j k rowling. rowling had a way of telling stories that made you want to continue reading on and on.... even if she'd lost some of it during the 5th and 6th books, you'd still read on to want to know the ending. sixthly, the vocab used... oh my. it's all so cliched. 3/4s of the time i managed to second-guess the phrases the author used. kinda makes me wanna slam the author for it.
and well. i could say more, but my brain's not really working..... should have know better when it took me 5 days plus just to read 23 chapters. and it's not even the end. -.-"
well, i've never spent more than 8 hours reading any of the series. at one shot, too. HAHAHA. what can i say? i read fast. xP
sorry to all those i sent the pdf file over to read. lols. my mistake. =X

now playing :

|
| song of my life. |
Past the point of no return -
no backward glances:
the games we've played
till now are at an end.
Past all thought of "if"
or "when" -
no use resisting:
abandon thought,
and let the dream descend . . .
