was 'comparing people' on facebook (compare people application), and happily selecting all the (uber) cute/hot caucasian guys whenever the 'who's the sexiest' or 'who would you rather sleep with' question pops up..... until the app generated one choice for the former question that i immediately picked the non-caucasian guy. ho ho. fun. okay. totally random. oh well. i actually found this on a website. came across this picture before, but not with this caption. anyway, i still think it's kinda funny, although the lil' angel babies aren't all that cute... :X spent the whole day slacking at home - was supposed to meet jane to go tann but.... hehes. couldn't wake up, and she had something crop up at the very last minute so.... i guess it's postponed? oh well. anyway i guess it was lucky that we didn't go. some idiot was working. -makes a face- hah. so i tv-ed and couch potato-ed the whole day. big deal. was basically watching tv non-stop from 3 till like 6+pm. hehes. first it was 3oo (hot AND scruffy guys, 6 pecs, teamwork and unity, honour and glory, awesome fight scenes, blood spills and just the right amount of gore, love and loyalty, awesomely hot queen - and dress code, for that matter, really cool narrative and moving story line..... do i still need to explain why this remains one of my favourite movies ever?), then it was nuts! (barbara streisand as a totally sane high class call-girl with hidden deep dark secrets - she was sexually assaulted by her step dad for 11 years - that no one knew of until the trial when her lawyer was fighting to prove her sanity. she was charged with manslaughter in the first degree and diagnosed as needing psychiatric treatment cos of her repressive behaviour due to her secrets.), followed by zeus and roxanne (a doggie and a dolphin falling in love. whatever could be more romantic? fyi, roxanne's the dolphin. hehes), and the land before time! (which i soo totally recorded. did i mention how much i love hubstation? and cable, for that matter. but anyway, for the cartoon/disney deprived, land before time is a movie about four super duper cute dinos - little foot the long neck, cera the three horn, ducky the big mouth, petrie the flier and spikey the spike tail - and their blossoming friendship despite the trials and tribulations they faced at being separated from their families, yada yada yada. so so soo cute. and yes, it was the movie that kicked off diana ross's if we hold on together. haha. and imagine! the movie is older than i am. oh. my. gosh.) since i'm talking about cartoons, i found this really cool list - top 1o best hanna-barbera cartoons - on list verse. for the ignorant, hanna-barbera created not only the awesomest cartoons, but also some of the most famous and OLDEST cartoons. hehes. here's a quick rundown of the 1o best, starting from number 1o: herculoids, the quick draw mcgraw show, huckleberry hound, yogi bear, johnny quest, the jetsons, tom and jerry, scooby doo where are you!, the smurfs and the flintstones! :DD and to think cartoon network was still airing episodes from most of these series when i was a kid..... not now, though. unless it's tom and jerry or scooby doo. i miss the smurfs, huckleberry hound and yogi bear. sniff sniffs. okay, so i'm a really big kid (at heart - don't snort or roll your eyes at me) who loves cartoons... doesn't mean i'm childish! though i don't know why SOME people seem to think that i'm kiddish..... -.-" hmpf. okays it's almost five (yes i'm still awake at bloody five am), and i REALLY oughta go cuddle my big bear bear aka mr poxy to sleep. yawns. check out the vids below, though. disco fever! what can i say - it's wednesday! mambo jambo. :P:P ymca - the village hahaha. as much i love this song, i didn't know the video was so hilarious. hehs. stayin' alive - bee gees omg the chorus is FUNNY! hahahaha. |
